Our frontals are made solely of high definition lace on a 13x4 parting space. HD lace must be treated with extra care because the lace is very thin.
RETURNS POLICY
In order to receive a refund for our 7 day money back guarantee, you must be unsatisfied with the quality of your hair extensions. Your refund will NOT include the original shipping cost and we do not offer exchanges .
We do not accept hair that has been:
* Installed
* Treated with chemicals (bleached or dyed)
* Bundle rubber bands have been cut, broken, or removed
* Washed, wet, or not in the original condition
* The hairs texture/pattern has been altered.
SHIPPING
All orders require 2-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Any order placed after 5pm (EST) we will start processing the following business day.
Business days: M-F (10am-5pm)
All packages are delivered via USPS or DHL (M-F) and require a signature confirmation
Please Note: We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Order early to prevent delays during holidays.
We do NOT ship on Saturdays/Sundays ANY Items Purchased After 5pm (EST) on Friday Will Process On the Next Business Day (The Following Monday).
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We do not ship to P.O boxes , if your order is submitted with a P.O Box in the shipping section, Your order will automatically be cancelled.
We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure you enter their correct billing and shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED. Please double check the address you're entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address on the order. During this time, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package Is returned. If the package is returned, we will contact the customer and reship the order. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs and handling fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We will only cancel the order if it has NOT been shipped. If it is in transit/shipped or delivered it cannot be canceled. Cancelations are not always possible, if you reach us after the time period we can cancel the order you may return the package to us in its original condition once its delivered for a refund (does not include original shipping cost).
